Owner and Head Chef of the George & Dragon, West Wycombe, Arnaud Stevens (pictured right) has a history that is steeped in food.

His background heavily influenced by his mother and uncle, Arnaud's focus was always centered around the culture of the South of France, where people join together to enjoy wholesome, flavourful food, made with fresh local produce.

Following the continuing success of his first restaurant Plate in Shoreditch Arnaud is excited to take over the reigns at the historic George & Dragon hotel and restaurant and bring his unique marriage of French and British cooking.
