Local quality produce, set in a 17th century coaching inn

Led by our award-winning Head Chef Arnaud Stevens, the restaurant at the George & Dragon focuses on the highest quality local produce and seasonal ingredients - our menu's include reinvented country classics such as a warming Whole slow-roasted Guinea fowl, Cod Loin with South Devon Mussels with Mariner Sourdough and Crispy white bait with cumin salt and spiced marie rose sauce.


Located within the Buckinghamshire countryside and surrounded by picturesque farming land, as well as some of  the finest shooting estates in the country; our kitchen offers a prime selection of  game and fresh seasonal vegetables. The George and Dragon works closely with the E.J. Churchill and all of our fish is also sustainably sourced.
